Season 3 of Shark Tank is well under way and it’s shaping up to be a great season. Going into the third season I had people asking me how I do it with my already robust schedule, but for me it’s a no brainer. It’s three weeks of filming and hanging out with four other extremely talented entrepreneurs, and since I sit next to Steve I get to spend my time in between filming playing jokes on him and giving him grief about his Diet Coke and Twisties addiction. However, I also get to meet hundreds of amazing everyday Aussies who are just starting their business journey and hopefully be a part of the journey, which is a huge privilege. The show is a fantastic platform that helps to showcase people having a go and throwing away the security of a full-time job for a dream or passion. Not only do I get to give these budding entrepreneurs a few tips on the things I have learnt along the way but also the insight that I personally gain from each and every individual that walks through those doors is amazing.
Whilst the whirlwind of Shark Tank is all very exciting for myself, the new collectable PAW Patrol cups at Boost has my daughter up in arms to take her instore, it’s really the first time she has shown interest in mummy’s business. It’s crazy to see how popular these cartoon pups are but with hundreds of prizes up for grabs you can see why the little ones are so excited about this promotion.
Lastly before I sign off I also must remind you of one of my favourite hacks to get through the winter season – ginger. I add fresh ginger to everything and the next time you’re instore try my favourite juice combo of ginger, apple, lemon and honey with the added benefits of the immunity booster to help you get through your winter.
Love life and rug up.
